About the Role In this role, you will work under the guidance of a registered nurse or midwife as a Health Care Assistant (HCA). Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and performing delegated patient care tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized environment for our patients. As an HCA, you will be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team. It is important to note that while you will provide support and contribute to patient care, you will not be responsible for decision-making related to patient assessment, planning, or evaluation. Your focus will be on enhancing patient comfort and ensuring a high standard of care.
