About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Wellington. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support while managing a diverse range of tasks. One day, you might be involved in planning and delivering training sessions, while the next day could have you overseeing budgeting systems. You will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and will cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Team
You will report directly to the Service and Relationship Manager and become an integral part of our Pathways Wellington team, located at Vivian Street in Te Aro, Wellington City.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail is crucial in this varied role. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of administration experience
- A valid New Zealand driver's license
- A current first aid certificate or a willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in a clinical or District Health Board (DHB) environment is preferred
