About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Barista and Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our close-knit team on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The position requires a dedication to providing excellent customer service and contributing to a vibrant work atmosphere. The working hours for this role are as follows: - Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Sunday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM This position offers approximately 20 hours of work per week. Candidates should possess a positive outlook and the resilience to manage busy shifts while effectively multi-tasking. Punctuality, reliability, and a well-presented appearance are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with both team members and customers. Key responsibilities will include: - Serving customers and preparing cabinet food - Providing table service - Clearing tables and cleaning - Washing dishes While the primary focus of this role is FOH, there may be occasions where assistance in the kitchen with cleaning and dishwashing is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of one year of barista experience. Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
