About the Role
We are looking for a skilled people leader and sales manager to join our Glenfield retail store in a pivotal role. This position will play a significant part in our efforts to grow and expand within the local region. The role requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, spanning Monday to Saturday.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing product profitability and sales
- Training and developing staff to enhance their skills
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Conducting accurate stock management and ensuring quality control
- Adhering to best practices in Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License
- A minimum of three years of proven management experience, showcasing your retail sales and people management skills
- Previous experience in the tyre or automotive industry
- An exceptional attitude and a positive approach to work
- A determination to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate strong leadership
- Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
Benefits

Our remuneration package ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per annum, which includes a company vehicle and a profit share scheme.
