As a Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team within Auckland's premier luxury retail precinct. Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Exceptional Leadership: You have 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within the luxury sector. Your natural ability to motivate, guide, and inspire others allows you to lead by example and set the tone for your team.
Commercial Acumen: You are skilled at turning strategy into action, leading with a strong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational excellence.
Client Excellence: You embody the essence of luxury service, fostering deep and lasting relationships through refined client engagement and exceptional customer service.
Passion for Luxury: Driven by a genuine passion for luxury retail, you are ready to take the next step in your leadership journey.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Lead, Coach & Inspire: You will drive daily team performance through strong leadership, effective communication, and ongoing coaching.
Sales & KPIs: You will monitor daily sales performance and KPIs, implementing action plans to exceed targets and motivate your team.
Team Management: You will conduct daily briefs, manage rosters, oversee productivity, and support staff development and engagement.
Operational Oversight: You will ensure smooth store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
Team Culture & Engagement: You will foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
