About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Fashion Retail Store Manager to join the Peter Alexander family at our Newmarket location. This full-time position, comprising 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
As our next Store Manager, you will be motivated by driving sales and delivering a memorable experience for Peter Alexander customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Ability to motivate the team and uphold brand standards
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment, which is essential
- Capability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Previous experience in visual merchandising, working from a brief
- Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing wage spend and stock loss targets
