About the Role We are seeking a Flagship Store Manager for our thriving Newmarket location, which boasts a multi-million dollar turnover. In this role, you will have the chance to upskill and develop our team of 12, bringing out their best skills and abilities. You will drive sales and achieve results through effective leadership, utilizing your creative problem-solving skills to enhance operations. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a well-organized store while fostering a fun and productive team atmosphere. Staying current with fashion trends is essential, as you will inspire confidence in our customers through your knowledge and enthusiasm. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have proven store management experience within the fashion, footwear, or accessories sectors. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is excited by the challenge of growing store sales. Your management style should be inspiring, emphasizing the creation of a positive and high-performing team culture. A strong track record in delivering results and turning around store sales will be important, along with a passion for training and inspiring staff in sales and customer service. Benefits We offer a fantastic base salary ranging from $70,000 to $73,000 per annum, along with KiwiSaver contributions and performance-based incentives.
