About the Role We are currently seeking Store Managers who are ready for an adventure in their careers. This role involves overseeing store operations in remote Indigenous communities located in the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. As a Store Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to live and work in some of Australia’s most beautiful and culturally rich areas. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, mentoring local team members, and contributing to the economic growth of the communities we serve. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: - New Zealand or Australian Citizenship is required, or full, unrestricted working rights in Australia, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship. - Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume environments, with a strong background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). - Flexibility and willingness to relocate and live full-time in remote communities. - Strong team leadership and coaching ability. - Experience with budgeting and stock control. - Competency in using retail systems, including point of sale (POS), stock management, and staff management. - A current or willingness to obtain a Certificate III in Retail and a Food Hygiene Certificate. - A current or eligible NT driver’s license. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt across diverse cultures and communities.
