About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time Sous Chef to join our team at the Southern Cross Hospital in Christchurch. Your Responsibilities As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for following recipes accurately while also contributing your own ideas to enhance our culinary offerings. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will work collaboratively within a team, following directions, and also taking on a leadership role to guide and motivate team members.
