About the Role We are currently seeking motivated laborers for various civil construction projects, including roading, earthworks, and drainage. Job Specifics In this role, you will be involved in a variety of laboring and groundwork tasks. These may include shovel work, compaction, raking, boxing, drainage, and trenching. Additionally, you may operate machinery such as loaders, rollers, and excavators. Compensation for these positions ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on your experience and licenses. You will have the chance to work across different specialized crews, including landscaping, civil construction, drainage, road maintenance, and asphalting, which will further enhance your skills and experience. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: - Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test - Hold a full class 1 license as a minimum - Be able to commit to full-time work - Maintain physical fitness for labor-intensive tasks - Possess WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers) - Have the right to work in New Zealand long-term, which includes having a valid work visa, residency, or citizenship If you are looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and gain operating experience with industry leaders, we encourage you to reach out to us.
