About the Role As the Project Manager for the hospital, you will lead and implement changes aimed at optimizing hospital flow. This involves collaboration with both clinical and operational teams to enhance overall efficiency and reduce obstacles throughout the patient journey. This is a fixed-term, full-time position for a duration of 24 months, requiring 80 hours of work per fortnight (1.0 FTE), from Monday to Friday. There will be no on-call duties associated with this role. About You We are looking for a Project Manager who possesses strong interpersonal skills for relationship building, high levels of motivation and initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. You should be adaptable to changing circumstances and be able to navigate unexpected challenges. Experience in managing complex healthcare projects is essential, along with familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid New Zealand work visa at the time of application.
