About the Role
We are currently seeking an Administration Support (Scanning Bureau) to join our team at Nelson Hospital in a permanent part-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in the digitalization of paper patient records, ensuring that these documents are readily accessible to our clinicians and the wider organization, particularly before patient appointments.
This position requires a commitment of 48 hours every fortnight, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

About You
As an ideal candidate for the Administration Support (Scanning Bureau) role, you will be well-organized, highly motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills. You will enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritizing your workload effectively. Previous administration experience is essential, along with a good level of computer literacy. We expect you to maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
While knowledge of patient management systems is advantageous, it is not a requirement, as we will provide the necessary training. Please note that applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid New Zealand visa at the time of application.
