About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide proactive support to our Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nurse at Nelson Hospital. In this permanent, full-time position, you will work 80 hours per fortnight, engaging daily with our staff across all levels of the organization.

About the Team/Service/Location
Health New Zealand (Nelson Marlborough) serves as the primary health provider for the top of the South Island. About You
We are looking for an experienced, energetic self-starter who possesses a positive outlook and a genuine desire to help others. You should have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the health sector or a complex environment. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be crucial in providing outstanding customer service.
You will be adept at prioritizing your workflow while also managing the schedules and deadlines of Senior Executives. As part of a high-performing team, you will consistently demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
Key Requirements for this Position Include:

- Advanced organizational and planning skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Proven experience in minute-taking and diary management
- An energetic demeanor with a mature and pleasant manner
