About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors. As a Customer Champion, you will provide exceptional service to our customers daily, preparing and serving delicious KFC meals while ensuring that the store remains clean and welcoming. In the Cook position, you will be responsible for preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading, and cooking it to perfection. Maintaining a clean kitchen and managing our fresh chicken supplies will also be key responsibilities. For those interested in the Shift Supervisor role, you will lead your team in delivering outstanding service throughout your shift, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and staff. Requirements We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. A willingness to learn and grow is essential, and no prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training. Candidates must be at least 15 years old and eligible to work in New Zealand. Benefits When you join our team, you will start at a competitive rate of $23.50 per hour. If you become Gold star certified and work as a Cook, your pay can increase to $24.74. As a Shift Supervisor, you could earn up to $29.63 per hour. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
