About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Powertools Team Member. This position is ideal for someone with experience in a retail environment and a passion for power tools and related products. The role involves creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers and ensuring they feel supported throughout their visit.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Experience in retail or familiarity with power tools
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Physical fitness and capability to handle lifting and movement without restrictions
- Proficiency with technology or a willingness to learn
- A natural inclination towards punctuality, reliability, and honesty
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Crafting exceptional experiences for our customers, making their shopping journey simple, enjoyable, and memorable.
- Creating moments of surprise and delight that help customers feel valued and supported.
- Leveraging your passion for home improvement to assist customers with their project needs.
- Ensuring every customer feels welcomed by acknowledging them, facilitating connections with the right experts, and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Relevant retail experience or knowledge of power tools
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Physical fitness for handling products
- Comfort with technology or a desire to learn
