About the Role In this full-time position, you will work from Sunday to Thursday, engaging with customers and assisting them in finding the right electrical and lighting solutions for their needs. Your role will involve providing expert product knowledge, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining an organized sales floor. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive and motivated team. What You'll Be Doing You will engage customers with energy and enthusiasm, using your product knowledge to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions. Creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience is essential, as is maintaining a well-presented sales floor. What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who have a passion for sales and a genuine desire to help people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the confidence to recommend and upsell products. We value reliability and a positive attitude, and while previous retail or sales experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.
