About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse/Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating various warehouse activities, including inbound, internal, and outbound processes. This role is essential in ensuring the timely availability of products and managing bookings for our sales representatives, thereby maintaining our client's reputation for excellence in healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately transacting all products within the required timeframe in the SAP/ERP system.
- Ensuring precise picking and dispatching of goods and inventory to customers.
- Maintaining surgical loaner instruments and implant sets.
- Managing bookings for sales representatives.
- Inspecting sets for any missing items and arranging for replenishment.
- Keeping track of loaner sets and updating their contents as necessary.
- Collaborating with national loan kit staff to ensure kit accuracy and traceability, including keeping all checklists up to date and correctly labeling kits.
- Assisting with miscellaneous duties such as inventory stock takes and clerical tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a logistics and warehousing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) is desirable.
- The ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet all deadlines.
- Flexibility and resilience in response to changes in deliveries and timeframes from customers and suppliers.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
