About the Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated Casual Delivery Driver to join our team. This hands-on role involves picking up firewood from our farm and delivering it to various locations throughout the region.
The position offers approximately 20 to 30 hours of work per week, with the potential for additional hours as demand increases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- A Class 5 license is preferred; however, a Class 4 license will also be considered.
- Confidence in operating a digger and a forklift, with valid endorsements required.
- Physical fitness to handle hands-on duties. While heavy lifting is minimal, you will be operating machinery to load the trucks.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- A safety-first mindset and the ability to work independently.
Location
This position is based in Christchurch, with delivery responsibilities extending across the region.
