About the Role We are currently seeking Harvesters for permanent positions at our busy indoor shelf farm. As a Harvester, you will be responsible for hand-picking and sorting mushrooms into appropriate grades. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values the success of its people. The Opportunity - Full training will be provided - Permanent Harvester position - Start time at 7 AM, with finish times varying based on daily production requirements - Base hourly rate plus bonus structure, allowing you to influence your take-home pay - Hourly bonus payments for kilograms picked above set targets - Available rosters: Saturday to Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday The Role In this position, you will: - Pick and sort mushrooms into appropriate grades - Perform fast and efficient hand work while maintaining attention to detail - Remain on your feet throughout the day - Comply with food safety requirements - Work in a production environment, including operating at heights and using a lorry/lift You Will Have - A positive attitude towards health and safety, as well as food safety - The ability to lift up to 15 kilograms - Physical fitness and stamina - The ability to work well as part of a team - Good communication skills, with a reasonable level of English required - A strong motivation to meet individual, team, and company targets regarding quality and pick rate - A commitment to long-term employment What We Can Offer We provide an inclusive working environment and a company culture that celebrates success and values its people.
