About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced pick packer for a full-time position in our warehouse located in Penrose. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, processing returns, preparing kits, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders while ensuring accuracy; prior forklift experience is preferred
- Release and process orders in our system
- Manage RMAs, returns, and write-offs
- Assist with receiving and storing stock
- Help in preparing kits and basic provisioning
- Execute sortation and dispatch tasks
- Safely perform manual handling tasks
- Monitor stock levels of finished goods and accessories
- Collaborate with the Inventory Controller to maintain stock levels
- Assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Dispatch and transfer customer and intercompany orders
- Support the fulfillment of inter-warehouse transfers
- Complete the dispatch of orders within our system
- Compile shipping quotes
- Contribute to maintaining and improving processes and standard operating procedures
- Provision telematics solutions, prepare kits, and process shipments
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a high standard of health and safety in the workplace
About You
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. You should be energetic, willing to contribute, and have a positive, can-do attitude. Reliability is essential; we need team players who are committed to their roles. Strong attention to detail and a high level of literacy are important. A current forklift license is preferable but not essential.
