Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee our outbound operations, which include picking, packing, staging, and dispatching. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with our customer service level agreements. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with our Food Safety Program and coordinating with our transportation and logistics teams to schedule and monitor deliveries. As a leader, you will develop and guide your team, assigning tasks, providing coaching, and managing performance. You will monitor stock movement to minimize errors and shrinkage and ensure that our work areas remain safe and clean in accordance with health and safety standards. Additionally, you will track and report on daily outbound metrics and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance our outbound flow and productivity. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities. You must be able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently. A solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to coach and motivate your team. Experience Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a certificate or degree in a related field is preferred. A certificate in MPI AP (Ministry for Primary Industries Accredited Person) is essential. You will need a valid driver's license and operational machinery licenses relevant to the role. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous. Years Experience We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role, although five years of experience is ideal.
