About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Your key responsibilities will encompass customer service, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. - Upsell combo options to enhance the customer experience. - Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions. - Address customer concerns and feedback promptly. - Pack orders for dine-in or takeaway efficiently. Food Preparation: - Prepare burgers, fries, and sides according to our standard recipes. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. - Monitor food stock levels and report any shortages to management. - Adhere to food safety and storage protocols. - Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service. Order Management: - Ensure delivery orders are packed correctly and handed off promptly. - Collaborate with delivery partners for efficient order dispatch. - Track order times and ensure quick delivery. Team Collaboration: - Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms at all times. - Work collaboratively with fellow team members to foster a positive work environment. - Report any issues or concerns to the manager. - Be punctual and adhere to assigned shift schedules. - Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal. Requirements We are looking for individuals who are motivated, team-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure will contribute to your success in this role.
