About the Role We are currently looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess international experience, a passion for innovation, and a dedication to maintaining high-end culinary standards. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a luxury environment and can inspire our culinary team to achieve excellence. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring consistency in both quality and presentation. You will lead, motivate, and develop the culinary team to uphold high standards of service and professionalism. Collaboration on menu development will be essential, as you incorporate international trends and local flavors to impress our high-end clientele. You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all kitchen operations, manage inventory, control costs, and optimize kitchen efficiency. A hands-on approach is necessary, as you will actively participate in food preparation and quality control. Additionally, fostering a positive and innovative work environment that aligns with our brand's luxury standards will be a key focus. Requirements The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar role within high-end hotels or fine dining establishments. International experience is highly preferred, particularly exposure to diverse cuisines and hospitality standards. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with both international clients and team members. A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is required, along with a passion for culinary innovation and a keen attention to detail.
