About the Company We are seeking dedicated Civil Machine Operators to join our clients' teams for the upcoming civil season, which is set to begin in late August to early September. Our clients are engaged in significant infrastructure projects, and we are excited to find skilled operators who can contribute to their success. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for operating various civil machines, including rollers, graders, and diggers. It is important to note that this position requires more than just operating machinery; you will also be expected to assist with general labor duties as needed. We value operators who are willing to get hands-on and support the team in various capacities. Requirements - Proven experience operating civil machinery - Willingness to engage in laboring tasks when required - Flexibility to work long hours, including early starts and late finishes - Openness to night shifts, depending on project needs - Willingness to travel for stay-away work as necessary - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A clean criminal history Compensation will be based on your experience and attitude.
