We are proud to welcome you to our Fulton Hogan family. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver / Construction Operator to join our Hamilton branch. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Construction crew, contributing to a range of tasks and responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: - Operating a Class 4 truck for reversing and spreading aggregates - Driving a 10,000L water cart, rollers, and loaders - Assisting with manual labor for site preparation and operations Requirements To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A Class 4 New Zealand driver's license - WTR endorsement - A minimum of three years of proven experience in civil construction or a related field - A strong drive to achieve productivity, goals, and deadlines - Self-motivation and pride in your work - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach - A commitment to workplace safety - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to perform manual work and maintain good physical fitness Benefits At Fulton Hogan, we understand that good work deserves good benefits.
