About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled digger/excavator operator with drainage experience to join our team. In this role, you will not only operate machinery but also lead a team, demonstrating your expertise in a collaborative environment.
The pay rate for this position starts at $38.50 per hour, and we offer weekly payments to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience and confidence in operating an excavator and other machinery within a civil construction environment.
- Willingness to assist with laboring tasks as needed.
- Drainlaying experience is considered an advantage.
- A full Class 1 license with WTR endorsement is required.
- A strong work ethic and flexibility in availability are essential.
- Experience with GPS technology is a bonus.
- A pre-employment drug test will be conducted.
