About the Role We are seeking a Planning and Performance Director to join our team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland. In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a crucial leadership role in supporting the planning and delivery of our work programme. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing capital planning and delivery, leading initiatives for financial sustainability, providing professional leadership to the General Manager group, and managing the Clinical Improvement Network. In this strategic and collaborative role, you will coordinate key aspects of our operations to ensure effective delivery. Your focus will be on advancing key initiatives, transforming plans into action, and handling associated performance reporting.
