About the Role
We are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator for Clinical Education at Tauranga Hospital's Education Centre. This full-time position, which offers negotiable hours and the possibility of job-sharing, plays a crucial role in supporting our hospital staff by ensuring that educational resources and training activities are effectively managed.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clinical education inquiries.
- Booking and maintaining facilities and equipment for clinical training.
- Managing onsite clinical bookings at our education facilities.
- Supporting the national training system and our online learning and course management system, Te Whariki a Toi.
- Performing data entry into our learning management system for clinical skills, attendance, and course completion.
- Maintaining course information in our HR interface (HRIS).
- Collaborating with clinical educators to assist in course delivery.
The salary range for this position falls within Band 4 of the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement, with an annual full-time equivalent salary of $72,035 to $79,573.
