About the Role We are looking for dedicated Carers to join our team and provide one-on-one support to clients in their own homes throughout the Wellington area. In this role, you will assist clients with a variety of tasks, including home management, personal care, and supporting them in achieving their personal goals. You will also assist clients with their daily activities, which may include exercise, mobility, and medication management (with training provided). Requirements To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following criteria: - A Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 health qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Applications without a health qualification may not be considered. - A current, clean full driver's license. - The legal right to work in New Zealand. - Consistent and long-term availability to ensure continuity for our clients. - Previous experience as a caregiver or support worker with similar clients. - A reliable, punctual, honest, and caring demeanor.
