About the Role
We are currently seeking Carers to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to provide rewarding one-on-one support to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with home management, personal care, and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals. Additionally, you will support clients in managing daily activities and may assist with exercise, mobility, and medication (with appropriate training).
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- A Level 2, 3, or 4 health qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Applications without a health qualification may not be considered.
- A current, clean full driver’s license.
- The legal right to work in New Zealand.
- Consistent and long-term availability to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or support worker with similar clients.
- A reliable, punctual, honest, and caring demeanor.
