About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to provide sales support for our branch customers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal relationships with our procurement and demand management teams. You will also handle various administrative tasks in accordance with our Branch Performance Standards, which include ensuring accurate invoicing, inventory receipting, and processing credits. Additionally, you will regularly operate a forklift to move products around the site. It will be essential to complete all your duties accurately and on time while upholding our high standards of safety and quality. Requirements To succeed in this position, excellent customer service skills are crucial to foster strong relationships and meet all customer needs effectively. You should possess advanced knowledge of Hynds products and their applications, as well as an understanding of how these products work together to create comprehensive solutions. Candidates must hold a full Class 1 New Zealand driver’s license and an F endorsement. A strong business acumen and an understanding of the key drivers of business performance are important.
