We are currently seeking full-time Aluminum Fabricators to support various construction and fabrication projects nationwide. About the Role
We are hiring experienced Aluminum Fabricators to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand. You will be based on project demand, and we welcome applications from individuals willing to relocate or travel as needed.
Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $28.00, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. In addition, we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools where required. As part of our team, you will have the chance to work across various sites and projects, enhancing your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
As an Aluminum Fabricator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum components and structures
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Operating hand and power tools relevant to aluminum fabrication
- Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards
- Traveling to various job sites as required by project deployment
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in aluminum fabrication, either locally or overseas
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Skills in welding, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials
- A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred
- The ability to work independently and travel between job sites
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

This includes areas in both the North and South Islands, such as Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland.
