About the Role We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Vehicle Groomer/Detailer to join our service department. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring that both new and used vehicles are meticulously detailed and presented to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will also include yard and service grooming. The ideal candidate will be energetic, fit, and hardworking, as the role demands a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a team setting. There will be instances where you will be working independently, so confidence and self-motivation are essential. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - The ability to work effectively as part of a team - Confidence and capability to work unsupervised - A full clean driver’s license, with the ability to drive manual vehicles - Previous experience with paint protection applications is advantageous - A reliable, well-presented, and outgoing demeanor Please note that this position requires working on rostered weekends.
