About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene services at various customer locations. Your duties will include ensuring that all washroom products, such as air fresheners, soaps, sanitary bins, and auto sanitizers, are serviced promptly and fully stocked as needed. You will also monitor the condition of these products, report any quality assurance issues, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. You will work independently throughout the Auckland region, and it is essential to maintain accurate records of your daily activities, complete necessary paperwork, and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. Reasonable physical fitness is necessary, along with a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality service. You must be capable of working unsupervised, solving problems, and managing your time effectively. While prior experience in a similar role is favorable, it is not a strict requirement. The following qualifications are essential: - A full and clean driver's license - The ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening - Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand Benefits We offer a competitive remuneration package starting at $30 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and incentives. You will be provided with a company vehicle and mobile phone for work use, with no fuel costs for your daily commute. Our work hours are stable, with an early start and finish from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a work-life balance with no weekend commitments.
