Courier Driver

As we continue to grow, we are looking for committed individuals to join our friendly team. About the Role We are currently offering full-time opportunities for courier drivers. This position is suited for energetic individuals who can start work by 5 AM at the latest. The role requires working Monday through Friday for a minimum of 30 hours and up to 50 hours, which may include a few hours on Saturdays if needed. Our drivers sometimes work long hours, finishing their shifts only when all deliveries are completed. Flexibility with weekday hours is essential. Role Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off items while adhering to assigned routes and strict time schedules. We value excellent interpersonal skills, as customer satisfaction and the safe, timely transport of items are paramount. Physical fitness is necessary, as you may need to lift packages weighing between 25-30 kg. You should be able to scan and sort parcels quickly and efficiently. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol during shifts, and adherence to health and safety policies is required. Additionally, random drug tests may be conducted periodically. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have at least one year of driving experience. A clean Class 1 driver’s license is essential, and a history free of traffic violations is required. Candidates must be physically fit, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. A clean character background is also necessary, along with a commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
