About the Role We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Bob Owens Retirement Village in Bethlehem, Tauranga, as a Caregiver. We currently have three part-time positions available with flexible working hours: - Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM - Monday through Sunday from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, shared between two successful candidates In this role, you will: - Build lasting relationships with our residents and their families - Follow individual care plans, ensuring that the care provided is of the highest standard, as you would want for your own loved ones - Utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman - Collaborate with and support your colleagues to foster a positive team environment About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, we are looking for candidates who possess: - A genuine kindness in your DNA - Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position.
