About the Role We are currently seeking Level 2, 3, or 4 NZQA Health and Wellbeing support workers who possess a strong understanding of complex support needs. This role requires a patient, empathetic individual who can navigate the challenges of difficult behaviors, particularly during tough days. As a support worker with us, you will collaborate closely with our care team while providing high-quality assistance to clients, including children. We value open communication and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who is well-spoken, positive, and committed to making a difference.
