What You Will Be Doing In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Operating the tills and handling transactions - Leading the team to deliver first-class customer service - Managing shifts and ensuring smooth operations - Training and coaching team members to enhance their skills - Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders - Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets and maintaining a clean and tidy department - Advocating for Health & Safety within the workplace What You Will Need to Bring to This Role To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred - Previous retail experience is essential - A passion for pursuing a career in retail - Expertise in customer service - A reliable and trustworthy work ethic - The ability to build strong rapport with team members - Attention to detail and accuracy - Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends - A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please click "apply now" to submit your application online.
