About the Role
We are excited to offer a great opportunity for career development as a Duty Manager at our Panmure PC location. This role is ideal for individuals ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities and build a successful team. Your primary focus will be on team leadership, managing shifts, training and coaching team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. What You Will Be Doing
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating the tills and handling transactions
- Leading the team to deliver first-class customer service
- Managing shifts and ensuring smooth operations
- Training and coaching team members to enhance their skills
- Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders
- Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets and maintaining a clean and tidy department
- Advocating for Health & Safety within the workplace
What You Will Need to Bring to This Role
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred
- Previous retail experience is essential
- A passion for pursuing a career in retail
- Expertise in customer service
- A reliable and trustworthy work ethic
- The ability to build strong rapport with team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
- A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace
