About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to enhance our team. This role offers the unique advantage of gaining varied exposure throughout the store, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of our retail offerings. You will be part of a small team of Department Managers, reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager. This structure ensures a supportive network both in-store and regionally. As the Sales and Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Driving department sales and taking full ownership of your team's sales performance. - Managing, coaching, and developing your team to exceed sales budgets. - Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure all visual elements are executed on time before store openings. - Fostering a customer service culture across departments by maintaining high service standards. - Implementing and communicating promotional plans for upcoming events. Requirements We are looking for an ideal candidate who possesses: - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, such as Store Manager in a small store or Department Manager in a medium to large store. - Strong competency in sales coaching, with a proven ability to drive sales improvement. - Exceptional customer focus and a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience. - Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets.
