About the Role We are currently seeking a Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our community-based team. In this essential role, you will utilize your expertise, compassion, and innovative approach to lead the assessment, management, and education of patients experiencing bladder and bowel dysfunction. You will work autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, providing care across various settings. About You We are looking for a passionate and experienced nurse to help lead specialist continence care in our region. The ideal candidate will possess the following: - Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) - A postgraduate qualification (or progress toward one) in a relevant clinical area - Demonstrated experience in continence care or a closely related field - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit - A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and to achieving equitable health outcomes If you are ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to meaningful change, we would be delighted to hear from you.
