About the Role
We are currently seeking a Nurse Educator for our Emergency Department. In this vital position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality education to nursing staff in our oncology services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will support clinical best practices, enhance patient outcomes, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Your responsibilities will include creating education plans, mentoring nurses, contributing to policy development, and supporting quality initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance the growth and excellence of Emergency nursing within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our team remains at the forefront of evidence-based care while positively impacting the lives of patients who present to the Emergency Department.

About You
To be successful as a Nurse Educator, you will need:
- A current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate
- Significant clinical experience in Emergency Nursing
- A postgraduate qualification in nursing or education (or be working towards one)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire others in clinical education
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
