About the Role
We are currently seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to join our Relief Team in permanent, part-time positions. In this pivotal role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care across various inpatient areas of the hospital. This dynamic position provides a unique opportunity to enhance your clinical expertise while working with diverse teams and patient groups.
As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will support different departments by filling short-term staffing gaps and assisting with patient flow. This ensures continuity of care across the hospital. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and values teamwork.
About the Team/Service/Location
Our Relief Team is composed of highly skilled and flexible nurses who work across multiple specialties within the hospital. When you join us, you will become part of a supportive and experienced team that is dedicated to delivering safe and effective patient care.

About You
To succeed as a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will need to possess:
- A current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate
- A minimum of two years of post-registration nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and prioritisation skills
- Flexibility to work across different specialties and shifts
- A team-focused approach and excellent communication skills
