About the Role
We are currently looking for a dynamic and adaptable Clinical Resource Nurse to join our Relief Team in a casual capacity. This position is perfect for a Registered Nurse who enjoys variety and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across various clinical areas. In this role, you will provide short-notice support across inpatient wards, working collaboratively with teams to ensure continuity of care and uphold best practice standards. About the Team/Service/Location
Our Relief Team is essential to supporting inpatient services at Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldier's Memorial Hospital. You will become part of a highly skilled and flexible group of nurses who step in where needed most, ensuring that patients receive timely, consistent, and safe care. About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
- Exhibit flexibility and confidence in adapting to various clinical environments
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about providing high standards of care and supporting colleagues in a collaborative manner
