About the Role We are currently seeking Experienced Joiners to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, requiring individuals who are organized, trustworthy, and take pride in their workmanship. A strong motivation and results-driven attitude are essential. Flexibility is important, as you may be required to work across six regions to support our various projects. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: - Fabricating and installing custom joinery and cabinetry - Conducting general framing, fix-outs, door hanging, skirting, and architraves - Reading and interpreting drawings and plans - Measuring and cutting materials with precision - Working independently or as part of a small team - Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace - Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other trades as necessary Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position - A strong understanding of tools, machinery, and safety procedures - The ability to read and work from technical drawings - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - A manual driver’s license and access to your own transport (preferred) - The ability to pass a criminal check and drug test Location This role will primarily require you to work in Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago. Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26 to $40, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week.
