About the Role We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Service Deli/Seafood Manager to lead our Service Deli operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the Service Deli, which includes managing staff, overseeing product ordering and presentation, and ensuring that departmental objectives are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include motivating and leading a dynamic team of service food specialists through exceptional leadership. You will ensure effective utilization of personnel resources, manage stock ordering, and ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be involved in merchandising and meeting all set KPIs and financial performance targets. We value hands-on leadership, so you will also be rolling up your sleeves to contribute to your team’s success. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with previous hospitality experience in a management or leadership position, which would be an advantage. A commitment to superior customer service, initiative, and integrity are essential. You should possess excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to be imaginative and innovative. The role requires the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively to consistently meet deadlines, and candidates should be physically fit, as this is not a desk job. Strong time management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders are also important.
