About the Role As a member of our Produce Department, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring they have access to a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our regular customers, ensuring they receive the exceptional service they deserve. We are seeking individuals who possess a strong understanding of produce operations and have a genuine passion for food and customer service. Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key abilities: - A commitment to exceeding customer service expectations - Physical fitness and a high level of personal presentation - Skills in rotating and organizing produce displays to maintain freshness, visual appeal, and cleanliness - Knowledge of food safety and health requirements - A strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and organization - Effective time management skills - A willingness to learn and outstanding communication skills We are looking to fill two positions within our Produce Department.
