About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse/Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating various warehouse activities, including inbound, internal, and outbound processes. In this role, you will ensure the timely availability of products and manage bookings for sales representatives, which is essential to maintaining our client's reputation for excellence in healthcare.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately transacting all products within the required time frame in the SAP/ERP system.
- Ensuring the precise picking and dispatching of goods and inventory to customers.
- Maintaining surgical loaner instruments and implant sets.
- Managing bookings for sales representatives.
- Inspecting sets for any missing items and arranging for replenishments.
- Keeping track of loaner sets and updating their contents as necessary.
- Collaborating with national loan kit staff to ensure kit accuracy and traceability, ensuring all checklists are up to date and kits are correctly labeled.
- Assisting with miscellaneous duties such as inventory stock takes and clerical tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a logistics and warehousing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) is desirable.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet all deadlines.
- Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changes in deliveries and timeframes from both customers and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
