About the Role We are excited to announce a wonderful opportunity within our Partnerships team for a Partnerships Coordinator based in Auckland. In this role, you will work closely with some of New Zealand's leading entertainment brands and play a crucial part in supporting and executing creative partnership opportunities across major music, sporting, and cultural events. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, your contributions will help drive impactful partnerships that enhance MediaWorks' brand engagement, generate revenue, and strengthen community connections throughout Aotearoa. Key Responsibilities You will collaborate with national partners in the music, festival, sport, and culture sectors to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that achieve results for both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and executing activations for major summer festivals such as Rhythm & Vines, Rhythm & Alps, and Electric Avenue. - Working with Marketing and Content stakeholders to implement sponsorship leverage plans that align with strategic goals. - Ensuring accurate tracking and measurement of sponsorships post-event. - Providing support and information to local markets to ensure effective execution of events and sponsorships. - Maintaining high standards for all events and sponsorships while adhering to brand guidelines. About You We are looking for someone who is eager to build on their marketing and/or sponsorship experience. You should have a proactive approach to driving outcomes and cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Given the dynamic nature of this role, a calm and organized demeanor will be essential to your success.
