About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Team Administrator to join our Survivor Facing teams within the Survivor Experiences Service. This fixed-term position runs until 30 June 2026 and is based in Wellington. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to enable our team to focus solely on our Survivors and their needs.
You will be part of a passionate team that believes in finding solutions and delivering high-quality, client-focused services. Your work will contribute significantly to the meaningful support we provide to Survivors of trauma.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Availability to work in the office five days a week
- Experience providing consistent administrative support to teams
- Ability to coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members
- Proficiency in producing high-quality documents, including formatting, printing, collating, and distribution
- Knowledge of information management requirements and experience managing filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Initiative and problem-solving skills to support process improvements
- Comfort in handling complex and sensitive situations

The salary for this role ranges from $57,850 to $64,792, reflecting our commitment to recognizing your skills and contributions.
