Stellar Recruitment is seeking a qualified WOF-certified Automotive Technician to join our client's high-performing dealership located in Christchurch. This dealership proudly represents a well-known New Zealand automotive brand and is dedicated to maintaining exceptional service standards.
About the Role
In this role, you will work a 40-hour week within a supportive team environment, focusing on light vehicles, electric vehicles, and commercial models. As part of a Kiwi-owned and operated dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that client vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- An Automotive Trade qualification
- Full New Zealand working rights
- The ability to service, repair, and diagnose both petrol and diesel vehicles
- WOF certification or a willingness to obtain it
- HV certification is highly regarded
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Performing effective engine and electrical diagnostics
- Conducting WOF inspections
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs, services, and warranty processes
- Staying updated with the latest technical advancements and training on new models
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations in the workshop
